The notion of a fermentation based cocktail & wine bar has not been seen in the Pacific North-West. Notable success has been made in the Asian & European market, inspiring a host of flavour junkies to explore seasonally rotating menus with novel ingredients. It doesn’t matter if you don’t drink, there is something for everyone – far off the beaten track.
